There are many surgical and nonsurgical options to improve age-related changes to the face such as loss of fullness, wrinkles, furrows and skin sagging.
Nonsurgical options include the use of muscle relaxants such as botuliinum toxin to decrease the wrinkles that occur with facial movement, such as "frown lines" in the forehead and "crow's feet" around the eyes. Various fillers or a patient's own fat can be injected into wrinkles or furrows around the mouth, eyes, or jowls.
Multiple surgical options are also available, with Eyelift and Facelift surgery being among the more common procedures performed. |
