What is the recovery time?

In general, patients usually recover from minor procedures (eg. cosmetic mole removal, Botox®, Radiesse®) in a few days or less. For more complex procedures (eg. breast implants, tummy tuck) it can take several weeks for the majority of bruising and swelling to resolve.

Dr. Andrade will provide a general timeline for recovery including time off work, return to vigorous exercise and sports, and other activities. However, as with any surgical procedure, the exact recovery time cannot be predicted.
